From my professional training at EXOS, to the beginning of the grind at Delaware, these workouts are solely focused on making you QUICKER & FASTER
Group Strength Training

No one is built the same but everyone that wants to be SOMEONE needs to find a home in the weight room. These sessions will be specialized towards YOUR needs. The only thing you have to do on your end is have a "want to" mentality. I'm not here to throw you under a bar just to see how much you can lift, my intent is to build the body from the ground up and maximize who you can be physically, so we can turn you into the biggest, fastest, and strongest version of YOU.
Group RB Training

Understand this, your natural athleticism can take you far, but when you're surrounded by other athletes who are the best from their respective areas what sets you apart? The attention to detail to my position work training allowed me to become an All-American and reach heights higher than I ever imagined. The difference is in the details, in these sessions I want to break down what it means to press a hole, perform a jump cut, shift your weight, run great routes, and be smooth while doing it.
Group WR Training

In today's game everyone needs to know how to run a route, being undersized I worked on route running just as much as I worked on running the rock. In pursuit of becoming a duel threat I fell in love with the art. There is no one size fits all, learning how to attack different coverages and techniques is essential to becoming unguardable, there is no stopping you when you have every answer to the test.
1 on 1 Speed & Agility

In these sessions I will be able to give you my undivided attention to work on the DETAILS of being fast and agile. Training for my Pro Day I realized how much detail goes into the tests, even the 40yd dash and here I will be able to break it down and take my time working on your technique. A lot of speed training is focused on running fast to be fast, which we will do, but mastering the technical build up that goes into these tests is what separates those who prepare and it shows in the results. I showed up running a 4.6 and left running a 4.39, and here I can show you how.
1 on 1 Specialized RB/WR Training

These sessions are tailored toward further developing your X-Factor, I want to make you Great at what you're good at, while making you good at everything. The intent is to refine the details and correct any deficiencies within a movement or skill. In these sessions I will also have more time to demonstrate the movements and go through the drills with you so you can take from my game and create your own unique style.
